The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अथ राजस्वतीतेषु बहुष्वमलकीर्तिषु ।
अस्माद्दशरथाद्राम जातोऽद्य त्वमिहावनौ ॥ १९ ॥

atha rājasvatīteṣu bahuṣvamalakīrtiṣu |
asmāddaśarathādrāma jāto'dya tvamihāvanau || 19 ||

It is after many such fair-famed princes that have gone by, that your mighty self was begotten by the present king Dasaratha.
