The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भूतानां बलवद्भूतं यन्न दैवमिति स्थितम् ।
तत्तेषामप्यधिष्ठातृ सतामेतत्स्फुटं मिथः ॥ १५ ॥

bhūtānāṃ balavadbhūtaṃ yanna daivamiti sthitam |
tatteṣāmapyadhiṣṭhātṛ satāmetatsphuṭaṃ mithaḥ || 15 ||

The strong efforts of men truly constitute their presiding fortune, and these two are viewed alike by the wise.
