The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

शक्तस्य पौरुषं दृश्यमदृश्यं वापि यद्भवेत् ।
तद्दैवमित्यशक्तेन बुद्धमात्मन्यबुद्धिना ॥ १४ ॥

śaktasya pauruṣaṃ dṛśyamadṛśyaṃ vāpi yadbhavet |
taddaivamityaśaktena buddhamātmanyabuddhinā || 14 ||

Silly and impotent men seeing the strong thriving by their exertions whether apparent or unseen, are apt to attribute it to their good fortune.
