The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भगवद्व्यासपुत्रस्य शुकस्य भगवन्कथम् ।
ज्ञेयेऽप्यादौ न विश्रान्तं विश्रान्तं च धिया पुनः ॥ ५ ॥

śrīrāma uvāca |
bhagavadvyāsaputrasya śukasya bhagavankatham |
jñeye'pyādau na viśrāntaṃ viśrāntaṃ ca dhiyā punaḥ || 5 ||

Rama said: How was it sir, that Suka—the son of the great Vyasa—who did not rest assured at first of his knowledge of the knowable, came to be settled in his belief afterwards.
