The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 1.29.22

विद्यन्त एवेह न ते महात्मन् दुराधयो न क्षयमाप्नुवन्ति ।
ये सङ्गमेनोत्तममानसानां निशातमांसीव निशाकरेण ॥ २२ ॥

vidyanta eveha na te mahātman durādhayo na kṣayamāpnuvanti |
ye saṅgamenottamamānasānāṃ niśātamāṃsīva niśākareṇa || 22 ||

There are no anxieties, O sage! which cannot be put to an end by the society of good minded men; the darkness of night can be well removed by moon-beams.
