The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मलाढ्यविषयव्यूहभाण्डोपस्करसंकटम् ।
अज्ञानक्षारवलितं नेष्टं देहगृहं मम ॥ २४ ॥

malāḍhyaviṣayavyūhabhāṇḍopaskarasaṃkaṭam |
ajñānakṣāravalitaṃ neṣṭaṃ dehagṛhaṃ mama || 24 ||

I cannot like this body, which like a pot of filth, is full of the foulness of worldly affairs, and mouldering under the rust of our ignorance.
