The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 1.15.18

प्रमार्जितेऽहमित्यस्मिन्पदे स्वयमपि द्रुतम् ।
प्रमार्जिता भवन्त्येते सर्व एव दुराधयः ॥ १८ ॥

pramārjite'hamityasminpade svayamapi drutam |
pramārjitā bhavantyete sarva eva durādhayaḥ || 18 ||

As soon as the (impression of the) word (ego) is effaced from the mind, all our anxieties and troubles are wiped out of it.
