The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 1.11.14

वसिष्ठविश्वामित्राद्यास्तथा दशरथादयः ।
ददृशू राघवं दूरादुपायान्तं गुहोपमम् ॥ १४ ॥

vasiṣṭhaviśvāmitrādyāstathā daśarathādayaḥ |
dadṛśū rāghavaṃ dūrādupāyāntaṃ guhopamam || 14 ||

Vasishtha, Viswamitra and the other sages, with Dasaratha and his chiefs, saw Rama coming at a distance as beautiful as Skanda himself.
