The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ईदृशः स्यान्महासत्त्वः क इवास्मिन्महीतले ।
प्रकृते व्यवहारे तं यो निवेशयितुं क्षमः ॥ ५० ॥

prakṛte vyavahāre taṃ yo niveśayituṃ kṣamaḥ || 50 ||
