The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एष विग्रहवान्धर्म एप वीर्यवतां वरः ।
एष बुद्ध्याऽधिको लोके तपसां च परायणम् ॥ १४ ॥

eṣa vigrahavāndharma epa vīryavatāṃ varaḥ |
eṣa buddhyā'dhiko loke tapasāṃ ca parāyaṇam || 14 ||

Behold him here as the personification of virtue, the mightiest of the mighty, and superior to all in the world in his intelligence, and devotedness to asceticism.
