Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of verse 2.106:
अभिधानक्रियायोगाच्छब्देष्वविकृतेष्वपि ।
रूपमत्यन्तभेदेन तदेवैकं प्रकाशते ॥ १०६ ॥abhidhānakriyāyogācchabdeṣvavikṛteṣvapi |
rūpamatyantabhedena tadevaikaṃ prakāśate || 106 ||106. As a result of the mode of pronouncing it, the same word appears to be different though no change has taken place in it.
Commentary
[The word śvetaḥ, while remaining the same, appears to consist of śvā and itaḥ on account of a particular mode of pronunciation.]
