The Vaisheshika-sutra 7.2.24, English translation, including commentaries such as the Upaskara of Shankara Mishra, the Vivriti of Jayanarayana-Tarkapanchanana and the Bhashya of Chandrakanta. karmabhiḥ karmāṇi || 7.2.24 ||

karmabhīḥ—by actions; karmāṇi—actions.

24. Actions are (void) of Actions.

Candrakānta reads VII. ii. 24 and 25 as one aphorism.
