Sanskrit text and transliteration:

यस्मादेवमतः कार्यं संसारं प्रजिहासुभिः ।
प्रत्यग्ब्रह्मावबोधाय सदा निष्कल्मषं तपः ॥ ३१ ॥

yasmādevamataḥ kāryaṃ saṃsāraṃ prajihāsubhiḥ |
pratyagbrahmāvabodhāya sadā niṣkalmaṣaṃ tapaḥ || 31 ||

English translation of verse 3.31:

Accordingly, those who desire to give up saṃsāra should always resort to the faultless tapas with a view to know Brahman as the inward Self.

Notes:

What was possible for Bhṛgu is equally possible for others who are desirous of knowing Brahman.
