Sanskrit text and transliteration:

अणिमादिगुणैश्वर्यो बुद्ध्यात्मा कार्यरूपिणः ।
कार्यं हि कारणव्याप्तमतः कामान्समश्नुते ॥ ३१९ ॥

aṇimādiguṇaiśvaryo buddhyātmā kāryarūpiṇaḥ |
kāryaṃ hi kāraṇavyāptamataḥ kāmānsamaśnute || 319 ||

English translation of verse 2.319:

Notes:

Vijñānam brahma is the Hiraṇyagarbha, the cosmic being in its subtle aspect, which is all-pervasive and which is the cause of all fruits of action (sarva-karmaphala-kāraṇa). When as a result of the meditation the devotee becomes one with the Hiraṇyagarbha, he fully enjoys all objects of desire.
