Sanskrit text and transliteration:

वेद्यत्वेन यतो ब्रह्म प्राधान्येन विवक्षितम् ।
तस्माद्विशेष्यं विज्ञेयं ततोऽन्यत्स्याद्विशेषणम् ॥ ४५ ॥

vedyatvena yato brahma prādhānyena vivakṣitam |
tasmādviśeṣyaṃ vijñeyaṃ tato'nyatsyādviśeṣaṇam || 45 ||

English translation of verse 2.45:

Inasmuch as Brahman, being the thing to be known, is intended as the principal, it is, therefore, to be understood as the substantive. The words other than that are attributes.
