केचित् तु नायकस्यापि सर्वथा तुल्य-रागतः ।
नायिकास्व् अप्य् अनेकासु वदन्त्य् उपरसं शुचिम् ॥४.९.१७॥kecit tu nāyakasyāpi sarvathā tulya-rāgataḥ |
nāyikāsv apy anekāsu vadanty uparasaṃ śucim ||4.9.17||
English translation
“Some say that madhuroparasa arises when the male lover does not distinguish between many types of women and treats all of them equally.”
