अथ वत्सलोपरसः —
सामर्थ्याधिक्याभिज्ञानाल् लालनाद्य्-अप्रयत्नतः ।
करुणस्यातिरेकादेस् तुर्याश् चोपरसो भवेत् ॥४.९.११॥atha vatsaloparasaḥ —
sāmarthyādhikyābhijñānāl lālanādy-aprayatnataḥ |
karuṇasyātirekādes turyāś coparaso bhavet ||4.9.11||
English translation
“Vatsaloparasa arises from recognizing too much power in the Lord, from making no effort to care for the Lord affectionately as a child, and from excessive suffering.”
