The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 4.9.5; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत्र आद्यं, यथा —
विज्ञान-सुषमाधौते समाधौ यद् उदञ्चति ।
सुखं दृष्टे तद् एवाद्य पुराण-पुरुषे त्वयि ॥४.९.५॥

tatra ādyaṃ, yathā —
vijñāna-suṣamādhaute samādhau yad udañcati |
sukhaṃ dṛṣṭe tad evādya purāṇa-puruṣe tvayi
||4.9.5||

English translation

Accepting the brahman form of the Lord:
“Seeing You, the ancient person, today I have realized the bliss of impersonal brahman which arises in samādhi purified by the splendor of knowledge.”
