The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 4.3.34; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ तत्-सम्प्रदानकः —
ज्ञातये हरये स्वीयम् अहंता-ममतास्पदम् ।
सर्वस्वं दीयते येन स स्यात् तत्-सम्प्रदानकः ॥४.३.३३॥
तद्-दानं प्रीति-पूजाभ्यां भवेद् इत्य् उदितं द्विधा ॥४.३.३४॥

atha tat-sampradānakaḥ —
jñātaye haraye svīyam ahaṃtā-mamatāspadam |
sarvasvaṃ dīyate yena sa syāt tat-sampradānakaḥ
||4.3.33||
tad-dānaṃ prīti-pūjābhyāṃ bhaved ity uditaṃ dvidhā ||4.3.34||

English translation

“When a person realizes the real nature of the Lord, and gives the Lord all his possessions that are sources of material identity and possessiveness, he is called tat-sampradānaka. There are two types: giving out of affection and giving as worship.”
