The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 4.3.26; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत्र बहु-प्रदः —
सहसा दीयते येन स्वयं सर्वस्वम् अप्य् उत ।
दामोदरस्य सौख्याय प्रोच्यते स बहु-प्रदः ॥४.३.२६॥

tatra bahu-pradaḥ —
sahasā dīyate yena svayaṃ sarvasvam apy uta |
dāmodarasya saukhyāya procyate sa bahu-pradaḥ
||4.3.26||

English translation

“The person who will give everything immediately for Kṛṣṇa’s pleasure is called bahu-prada (generous giver).”
