The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.4.83; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

माद्रेय-नारदादीनां सख्यं प्रीत्या करम्बितम् ।
रुद्र-तार्क्ष्योद्धवादीनां प्रीतिः सख्येन मिश्रिता ॥३.४.८३॥

mādreya-nāradādīnāṃ sakhyaṃ prītyā karambitam |
rudra-tārkṣyoddhavādīnāṃ prītiḥ sakhyena miśritā
||3.4.83||

English translation

Nakula, Sahadeva, Nārada and others have sakhya mixed with prīti (dāsya). Śiva, Garuḍa, Uddhava and others have prīti (dāsya) mixed with sakhya-rasa.”
