The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.4.37; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. नव्येन यौवनेनापि दीव्यन् गोष्ठेन्द्र-नन्दनः ।
भाति केवल-वात्सल्य-भाजां पौगण्ड-भाग् इव ॥३.४.३७॥navyena yauvanenāpi dīvyan goṣṭhendra-nandanaḥ |
bhāti kevala-vātsalya-bhājāṃ paugaṇḍa-bhāg iva ||3.4.37||
English translation
“Though Kṛṣṇa is beautiful in the age of nava-yauvana (late kaiśora), He appears as if He were still in the paugaṇḍa age for those fixed in pure vātsalya-rasa.”
