The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.4.30; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा —
स मनाग् अपचीयमान-मध्यः
प्रथिमोपक्रम-शिक्षणार्थि-वक्षाः ।
दधद्-आकुल-काक-पक्ष-लक्ष्मीं
जननीं स्तम्भयति स्म दिव्य-डिम्भः ॥३.४.३०॥

yathā —
sa manāg apacīyamāna-madhyaḥ
prathimopakrama-śikṣaṇārthi-vakṣāḥ |
dadhad-ākula-kāka-pakṣa-lakṣmīṃ
jananīṃ stambhayati sma divya-ḍimbhaḥ
||3.4.30||

English translation

An example:
“The sight of the charming child with thin waist, slightly broadened chest, and three braids ties at the back of His head completely stunned His mother.”
