The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.3.136; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

प्रेयान् एव भवेत् प्रेयान् अतः सर्व-रसेष्व् अयम् ।
सख्य-सम्पृक्त-हृदयैः सद्भिर् एवानुबुध्यते ॥३.३.१३६॥preyān eva bhavet preyān ataḥ sarva-raseṣv ayam |
sakhya-sampṛkta-hṛdayaiḥ sadbhir evānubudhyate ||3.3.136||
English translation
“For this reason, the devotees devoted to sakhya-rasa understand that this sakhya-rasa is the best of all rasas.”
iti śrī-śrī-bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhau paścima-vibhāge
mukhya-bhakti-rasa-pañcaka-nirūpaṇe preyo-bhakti-rasa-laharī tṛtīyā ||
“Thus ends the Third Wave in the Western Ocean of Śrī Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu, concerning preyo-bhakti-rasa.”
