The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.3.115; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ अयोगे उत्कण्ठितं, यथा —
धनुर्-वेदम् अधीयानो मध्यमस् त्वयि पाण्डवः ।
बाष्प-सङ्कीर्णया कृष्णः गिराश्लेषं व्यजिज्ञपत् ॥३.३.११५॥atha ayoge utkaṇṭhitaṃ, yathā —
dhanur-vedam adhīyāno madhyamas tvayi pāṇḍavaḥ |
bāṣpa-saṅkīrṇayā kṛṣṇaḥ girāśleṣaṃ vyajijñapat ||3.3.115||
English translation
Utkaṇṭhitam(separation, not having met Kṛṣṇa before):
“O Kṛṣṇa! The middle Pāṇḍava, Arjuna, while studying the military arts, embraced You by means of words mixed with tears.”
