प्रणयः —
प्राप्तायां सम्भ्रमादीनां योग्यतायाम् अपि स्फुटम् ।
तद्-गन्धेनाप्य् असंस्पृष्टा रतिः प्रणय उच्यते ॥३.३.१०८॥praṇayaḥ —
prāptāyāṃ sambhramādīnāṃ yogyatāyām api sphuṭam |
tad-gandhenāpy asaṃspṛṣṭā ratiḥ praṇaya ucyate ||3.3.108||
English translation
“When sakhya-rati is completely free of any touch of respect, even though there are clear opportunities to show respect, it is called praṇaya.”
