The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.3.67; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ मध्य-पौगण्डम् —
नासा सुशिखरा तुङ्गा कपोलौ मण्डलाकृती ।
पार्श्वाद्य्-अङ्गं सुवलितं पौगण्डे सति मध्यमे ॥३.३.६७॥

atha madhya-paugaṇḍam —
nāsā suśikharā tuṅgā kapolau maṇḍalākṛtī |
pārśvādy-aṅgaṃ suvalitaṃ paugaṇḍe sati madhyame
||3.3.67||

English translation

“In the middle of paugaṇḍa age, the tip of His nose becomes raised, His cheeks become round and His sides and other bodily parts become graceful.”
