The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.3.48; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation:

उज्ज्वलस्य रूपं, यथा —
अरुणाम्बरम् उच्चलेक्षणं
मधु-पुष्प-बलिभिः प्रसाधितम् ।
हरि-नील-रुचिं हरि-प्रियं
मणि-हारोज्ज्वलम् उज्ज्वलं भजे ॥३.३.४८॥

ujjvalasya rūpaṃ, yathā —
aruṇāmbaram uccalekṣaṇaṃ
madhu-puṣpa-balibhiḥ prasādhitam |
hari-nīla-ruciṃ hari-priyaṃ
maṇi-hārojjvalam ujjvalaṃ bhaje
||3.3.48||

English translation

The form of Ujjvala:
“I worship Ujjvala, dear to the Lord, with his orange cloth, restless eyes, complexion dark blue like Kṛṣṇa’s. He is decorated with spring flowers and wears a jewel necklace.”
