The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.2.155; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

व्रज-स्थानां परैश्वर्य-ज्ञान-शून्य-धियाम् अपि ।
अस्त्य् एव वल्लवाधीश-पुत्रत्वैश्वर्य-वेदनम् ॥३.२.१५५॥

vraja-sthānāṃ paraiśvarya-jñāna-śūnya-dhiyām api |
asty eva vallavādhīśa-putratvaiśvarya-vedanam ||3.2.155||

English translation

“Though awareness of Kṛṣṇa as the Lord is absent in the servants in Vraja, they are aware that He has powers, since He is the son of the cowherd leader.”
