एषा तु सम्भ्रम-प्रीतिः प्राप्नुवत्य् उत्तरोत्तरम् ।
वृद्धिं प्रेमा ततः स्नेहस् ततो राग इति त्रिधा ॥३.२.७८॥eṣā tu sambhrama-prītiḥ prāpnuvaty uttarottaram |
vṛddhiṃ premā tataḥ snehas tato rāga iti tridhā ||3.2.78||
English translation
“Sambhrama-prīti gradually increases in three stages to prema, sneha and finally rāga.”
