The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.2.76; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ स्थायी —
सम्भ्रमः प्रभुता-ज्ञानात् कम्पश् चेतसि सादरः ।
अनेनैक्यं गता प्रीतिः सम्भ्रम-प्रीतिर् उच्यते ।
एषा रसे’त्र कथिता स्थायि-भावतया बुधैः ॥३.२.७६॥

atha sthāyī —
sambhramaḥ prabhutā-jñānāt kampaś cetasi sādaraḥ |
anenaikyaṃ gatā prītiḥ sambhrama-prītir ucyate |
eṣā rase’tra kathitā sthāyi-bhāvatayā budhaiḥ ||3.2.76||

English translation

The sthāyī-bhāva of prīti-rasa:
“Eagerness to execute service with respect and trembling with eagerness because of knowledge of the Lord’s greatness is the quality of sambhrama. Prīti combined with this sambhrama is called sambhrama-prīti. The learned call this sambhrama-prīti the sthāyī-bhāva of prīti-rasa.”
