The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.2.47; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

भक्तिः, यथा —
गिरिवर-भृति भर्तृ-दारके’स्मिन्
व्रज-युवराजतया गते प्रसिद्धिम् ।
शृणु रसद सदा पदाभिसेवा-
पट्टिमरता रतिर् उत्तमा ममास्तु ॥३.२.४७॥bhaktiḥ, yathā —
girivara-bhṛti bhartṛ-dārake’smin
vraja-yuvarājatayā gate prasiddhim |
śṛṇu rasada sadā padābhisevā-
paṭṭimaratā ratir uttamā mamāstu ||3.2.47||
English translation
Raktaka’s bhakti:
“O Rasada, listen! May I always have the highest attraction for serving the lotus feet of He who is famous as the son of the King of Vraja, who has held up Govardhana.”
