माधुर्याद्य्-आश्रयत्वेन कृष्णादींस् तनुते रतिः ।
तथानुभूयमानास् ते विस्तीर्णां कुर्वते रतिम् ॥२.५.९८॥mādhuryādy-āśrayatvena kṛṣṇādīṃs tanute ratiḥ |
tathānubhūyamānās te vistīrṇāṃ kurvate ratim ||2.5.98||
English translation
“Rati reveals Kṛṣṇa and things related to Him as the shelter of qualities (such as sweetness), and Kṛṣṇa, after being experienced in that way, increases the rati.”
