The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.4.161; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत्र अधिक्षेपाद्, यथा विदग्ध-माधवे (२.५३) —
निर्धौतानाम् अखिल-धरणी-माधुरीणा
कल्याणी मे निवसति वधूः पश्य पार्श्वे नवोढा ।
अन्तर्गोष्ठे चटुल नटयन्न् अत्र नेत्र-त्रिभागं
निःशङ्कस् त्वं भ्रमसि भविता नाकुलत्वं कुतो मे ॥२.४.१६१॥tatra adhikṣepād, yathā vidagdha-mādhave (2.53) —
nirdhautānām akhila-dharaṇī-mādhurīṇā
kalyāṇī me nivasati vadhūḥ paśya pārśve navoḍhā |
antargoṣṭhe caṭula naṭayann atra netra-tribhāgaṃ
niḥśaṅkas tvaṃ bhramasi bhavitā nākulatvaṃ kuto me ||2.4.161||
English translation
Indignation arising from contempt, from Vidagdha-mādhava:
“Jaṭilā said to Kṛṣṇa: ‘See! My son’s new, auspicious bride, endowed with all the sweetness of the earth, is sitting by my side. O unsteady boy! You cannot disturb me, though You wander fearlessly through Vraja moving Your eyebrows!”
