अकार्येण, यथा —
त्वम् अवाग् इह मा शिरः कृथा
वदनं च त्रपया शची-पते ।
नय कल्प-तरुं न चेच् छचीं
कथम् अग्रे मुखम् ईक्षयिष्यसि ॥२.४.११५॥akāryeṇa, yathā —
tvam avāg iha mā śiraḥ kṛthā
vadanaṃ ca trapayā śacī-pate |
naya kalpa-taruṃ na cec chacīṃ
katham agre mukham īkṣayiṣyasi ||2.4.115||
English translation
Shame arising from forbidden activities:
“O Indra! You should not hang down your head in shame and remain silent. Take the parijāta tree and go. Otherwise how can you show your face to your wife?”
