gājo, yathā —
apasarāpasara tvarayā gurur
mudira-sundara he purataḥ karī |
mradima-vīkṣaṇatas tava naś calaṃ
hṛdayam āvijate pura-yoṣitām ||2.4.73||
Āvega arising from elephants:
“O Śyāmasundara! Flee quickly! Flee quickly! There is a terrifying elephant in front of You. Because of Your sweet glances, the hearts of us fickle Mathurā women have become completely disturbed.”
