The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.4.46; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

सर्वोत्तमाश्रयेण, यथा श्री-दशमे (१०.२.३३) —
तथा न ते माधव तावकाः क्वचिद्
भ्रश्यन्ति मार्गात् त्वयि बद्ध-सौहृदाः ।
त्वयाभिगुप्ता विचरन्ति निर्भया
विनायकानीकप-मूर्धसु प्रभो ॥२.४.४६॥

sarvottamāśrayeṇa, yathā śrī-daśame (10.2.33) —
tathā na te mādhava tāvakāḥ kvacid
bhraśyanti mārgāt tvayi baddha-sauhṛdāḥ |
tvayābhiguptā vicaranti nirbhayā
vināyakānīkapa-mūrdhasu prabho

English translation

From taking shelter of the Lord, from the Tenth Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam [10.2.33]:
“O Mādhava, Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord of the goddess of fortune, if devotees completely in love with You sometimes fall from the path of devotion, they do not fall like nondevotees, for You still protect them. Thus

they fearlessly traverse the heads of their opponents and continue to progress in devotional service.”
