The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.3.76; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ दीप्ताः —
प्रौढां त्रि-चतुरा व्यक्तिं पञ्च वा युगपद्-गताः ।
संवरीतुम् अशक्यास् ते दीप्ता धीरैर् उदाहृताः ॥२.३.७६॥

atha dīptāḥ
prauḍhāṃ tri-caturā vyaktiṃ pañca vā yugapad-gatāḥ |
saṃvarītum aśakyās te dīptā dhīrair udāhṛtāḥ ||2.3.76||

English translation

Brilliant sāttvika-bhāva:
“When three, four or five sāttvika-bhāvas appear strongly and cannot be concealed, they are called dīpta-sāttvika-bhāvas.
