The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.3.73; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

अथ ज्वलिताः —
ते द्वौ त्रयो वा युगपद् यान्तः सुप्रकटां दशाम् ।
शक्याः कृच्छ्रेण निह्नोतुं ज्वलिता इति कीर्तिताः ॥२.३.७३॥

atha jvalitāḥ —
te dvau trayo vā yugapad yāntaḥ suprakaṭāṃ daśām |
śakyāḥ kṛcchreṇa nihnotuṃ jvalitā iti kīrtitāḥ ||2.3.73||

English translation

Luminous sāttvika-bhāva:
“When two or three of the sāttvika-bhāvas appear very clearly and can be concealed only with difficulty, they are called jvalita-sāttvika-bhāvas.
