The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.3.64; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

सा भूरि-काल-व्यापित्वं बह्व्-अङ्ग-व्यापिता’पि च ।
स्वरूपेण तथोत्कर्ष इति वृद्धिस् त्रिधा भवेत् ॥२.३.६४॥

sā bhūri-kāla-vyāpitvaṃ bahv-aṅga-vyāpitā’pi ca |
svarūpeṇa tathotkarṣa iti vṛddhis tridhā bhavet ||2.3.64||

English translation

“The increase is of three types: duration of the symptoms, pervasion of the symptoms in different parts of the body, and exhibition of the essential nature of the sāttvika-bhāva.”
