The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.3.44; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. तत्र वित्रासेन, यथा —
शङ्ख-चूडम् अधिरूढ-विक्रमं
प्रेक्ष्य विस्तृत-भुजं जिघृक्षया ।
हा व्रजेन्द्र-तनयेति-वादिनी
कम्प-सम्पदम् अधत्त राधिका ॥२.३.४४॥

tatra vitrāsena, yathā —
śaṅkha-cūḍam adhirūḍha-vikramaṃ
prekṣya vistṛta-bhujaṃ jighṛkṣayā
|
vrajendra-tanayeti-vādinī
kampa-sampadam adhatta rādhikā
||2.3.44||

English translation

From fear:
“When Śaṅkhacūḍa, with increasing display of his prowess, reached out his hand to grab Rādhā, She cried out, ‘O son of the King of Vraja!’ Her whole body began to shake out of fear.”
