कुसुमादि-कृतं चेदं वन्य-मण्डनम् ईरितम् ।
धातु-कॢप्तं तिलकं पत्र-भङ्ग-लतादिकम् ॥२.१.३६१॥kusumādi-kṛtaṃ cedaṃ vanya-maṇḍanam īritam |
dhātu-kḷptaṃ tilakaṃ patra-bhaṅga-latādikam ||2.1.361||
English translation
“When these decorations are made of flowers they are called sylvan ornaments. The drawings using curved lines painted on the forehead and body are made of minerals.”
