The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.249; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. इत्थं सर्वावतारेभ्यस् ततो’प्य् अत्रावतारिणः ।
व्रजेन्द्र-नन्दने सुष्ठु माधुर्य-भर ईरितः ॥२.१.२४९॥itthaṃ sarvāvatārebhyas tato’py atrāvatāriṇaḥ |
vrajendra-nandane suṣṭhu mādhurya-bhara īritaḥ ||2.1.249||
English translation
“Thus it has been explained that the amount of sweetness in Kṛṣṇa exceeds that of all the avatāras and the source of avatāras, Mahā-viṣṇu.”
