The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.88; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा —
पारावती-विरचनेन गवां कलापं
गोपाङ्गना-गणम् अपाङ्ग-तरङ्गितेन ।
मित्राणि चित्रतर-सङ्गर-विक्रमेण
धिन्वन्न् अरिष्ट-भयदेन हरिर् विरेजे ॥२.१.८७॥

yathā —
pārāvatī-viracanena gavāṃ kalāpaṃ
gopāṅganā-gaṇam apāṅga-taraṅgitena |
mitrāṇi citratara-saṅgara-vikrameṇa
dhinvann ariṣṭa-bhayadena harir vireje
||2.1.87||

“कृष्ण गिवेस् ब्लिस्स् तो अल्ल् थे चोwस् ब्य् चोम्पोसिन्ग् चोwहेर्द् सोन्ग्स्. हे प्लेअसेस् थे गोपीस् ब्य् थे मोवेमेन्त् ओf हिस् ब्रोw. हे ब्रिन्ग्स् जोय् तो हिस् fरिएन्द् ब्य् हेरोइच् अच्तिओन्. अल्ल् ओf थेसे सिमुल्तनेओउस्ल्य् गिवे fएअर् तो अरिष्टासुर (सेएइन्ग् होw fएअर्लेस्स् कृष्ण रेमैन्स्).”

(१६) दक्षः —
दुष्करे क्षिप्र-कारी यस् तं दक्षं परिचक्षते ॥२.१.८८॥

Kṛṣṇa gives bliss to all the cows by composing cowherd songs. He pleases the gopīs by the movement of His brow. He brings joy to His friend by heroic action. All of these simultaneously give fear to Ariṣṭāsura (seeing how fearless Kṛṣṇa remains).”

(16) dakṣaḥ —
duṣkare kṣipra-kārī yas taṃ dakṣaṃ paricakṣate ||2.1.88||

English translation

(16) dakṣaḥ: expert —
“An expert person does very quickly what is difficult to do.”
