The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 2.1.23; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. अथ तद्-गुणाः —
अयं नेता सुरम्याङ्गः सर्व-सल्-लक्षणान्वितः ।
रुचिरस् तेजसा युक्तो बलीयान् वयसान्वितः ॥२.१.२३॥atha tad-guṇāḥ —
ayaṃ netā suramyāṅgaḥ sarva-sal-lakṣaṇānvitaḥ |
ruciras tejasā yukto balīyān vayasānvitaḥ ||2.1.23||
English translation
“Now the qualities of Kṛṣṇa will be described. The hero Kṛṣṇa has beautiful limbs, has all auspicious bodily features, is pleasing to behold, possesses vitality, is strong and is endowed with ideal age.”
