The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.3.59 ; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

जने चेज् जात-भावे’पि वैगुण्यम् इव दृश्यते ।
कार्या तथापि नासूया कृतार्थः सर्वथैव सः ॥१.३.५९ ॥

jane cej jāta-bhāve’pi vaiguṇyam iva dṛśyate |
kāryā tathāpi nāsūyā kṛtārthaḥ sarvathaiva saḥ ||1.3.59 ||

English translation

“If some apparent fault is seen in a person who has developed real bhāva, one should not be hostile toward him, because he has accomplished the goal in all respects.”
