आदि-पुराणे च —
गीत्वा च मम नामानि विचरेन् मम सन्निधौ ।
इति ब्रवीमि ते सत्यं क्रीतो’हं तस्य चार्जुन ॥१.२.२३१ ॥ādi-purāṇe ca —
gītvā ca mama nāmāni vicaren mama sannidhau |
iti bravīmi te satyaṃ krīto’haṃ tasya cārjuna ||1.2.231 ||
English translation
Kṛṣṇa says in the Ādi Purāṇa:
“By singing My Holy Names, a person will attain a position close to Me. I make this promise. That person, O Arjuna, purchases Me.”
