The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.231 ; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

आदि-पुराणे च —
गीत्वा च मम नामानि विचरेन् मम सन्निधौ ।
इति ब्रवीमि ते सत्यं क्रीतो’हं तस्य चार्जुन ॥१.२.२३१ ॥

ādi-purāṇe ca —
gītvā ca mama nāmāni vicaren mama sannidhau |
iti bravīmi te satyaṃ krīto’haṃ tasya cārjuna
||1.2.231 ||

English translation

Kṛṣṇa says in the Ādi Purāṇa:
“By singing My Holy Names, a person will attain a position close to Me. I make this promise. That person, O Arjuna, purchases Me.”
