The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.220; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

५७ - अथ यथा-वैभव-महोत्सवो, यथा पाद्मे —
यः करोति महीपाल हरेर् गेहे महोत्सवम् ।
तस्यापि भवति नित्यं हरि-लोके महोत्सव ॥१.२.२२०॥

57 - atha yathā-vaibhava-mahotsavo, yathā pādme —
yaḥ karoti mahīpāla harer gehe mahotsavam |
tasyāpi bhavati nityaṃ hari-loke mahotsava
||1.2.220||

English translation

Observing festivals according to one’s wealth, illustrated from the Padma Purāṇa:
“O King, he who performs a festival for the temple of the Lord experiences for eternity a festival in the planet of the Lord.”
