The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.196; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत्र देही, यथा यामुनाचार्य-स्तोत्रे (४९) —
वपुरादिषु यो’पि कोऽपि वा
गुणतो’सानि यथा तथा-विधः ।
तद् अयं तव पाद-पद्मयोर्
अहम् अद्यैव मया समर्पितः ॥१.२.१९६॥

tatra dehī, yathā yāmunācārya-stotre (49) —
vapurādiṣu yo’pi ko'pi vā
guṇato’sāni yathā tathā-vidhaḥ |
tad ayaṃ tava pāda-padmayor

aham adyaiva mayā samarpitaḥ ||1.2.196||

English translation

Offering the soul is considered in a stotra of Yamunācārya:
“Whoever I may be, either a soul inhabiting the body and other material elements, or a deva or a human body made of guṇas, today I offer that ‘I’ to Your lotus feet.”
