The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.181 ; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

क्रीदा-ध्यानं, यथा पद्मे —
सर्व-माधुर्य-साराणि सर्वाद्भुतमयानि च ।
ध्यायन् हरेश् चरित्राणि ललितानि विमुच्यते ॥१.२.१८१ ॥

krīdā-dhyānaṃ, yathā padme —
sarva-mādhurya-sārāṇi sarvādbhutamayāni ca |
dhyāyan hareś caritrāṇi lalitāni vimucyate
||1.2.181 ||

English translation

Meditating on the pastimes of the Lord, from the Padma Purāṇa:
“He who meditates on the most sweet, most astonishing, most charming pastimes of the Lord obtains liberation.”
